
Agile Delivery Manager
Overview
Pleo is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across various domains, and be embedded within a few teams.

Pleo is a company that helps customers delegate employee spending through a business spending platform, providing a company spending solution with physical pre-paid cards.
Responsibilities
- - Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met
- - Develop project plans, timelines, and roadmaps; monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
- - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution
- - Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives that align with business goals
- - Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery
- - Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects
- - Facilitate daily scrum, weekly story refinement sessions and retrospective meetings
- - Capture using metrics and reporting to help guide continuous improvement
- - Help the Product Manager keep the product backlog in good shape and ready for work
- - Assist your teams with improving internal/external communication, collaboration and radiating information
Required Skills
- - 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in a global or distributed team environment
- - A solid understanding of Agile and Lean Principles and values as well as knowledge of Scrum & Kanban theory, rules and practices
- - Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development to understand team needs
- - Know the value of continuous improvement (kaizen!), visualisation and metrics
- - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the mindset of a servant leader
- - Enjoy collaborating with diverse personality types, a great teammate and a team builder
- - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with teams spread across multiple time zones
- - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear)
- - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
