Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Develop, guide and build audit and project capabilities
• - Drive Remote Product with enhancements and best practice
• - Conduct comprehensive audits of payroll files and processes
• - Identify and rectify discrepancies, underpayments, or overpayments
• - Work closely with tax, payroll, legal, finance, and Product teams
• - Lead and coach the Audit and Compliance Teams
• - Manage and drive the end to end change process
• - Contribute to the strategy development of an Audit Framework
