Another remote jobs directory?

Most remote job portals have the following problems:

• The offers don't disclose a salary range


• Some roles are actually hybrid or only consider candidates from certain countries


• Compensation is very low outside of the US

I want to fix this.

My goal is to help tech workers land 6 figure remote jobs, even if they're not based in the US.

I believe in:

• Salary transparency


• Remote-first work culture


• Location agnostic pay

For this reason, all published roles here must include a salary range, be fully remote across multiple timezones and pay at least 100k USD/year.
