Senior Product Engineer [Design Systems]

Job Description
Attio is changing the CRM landscape by creating a living, breathing platform that connects with a customer’s GTM stack and evolves with them as they grow – from zero to IPO and beyond.
Responsibilities
- - Build and maintain Attio’s Design System (based on Radix UI)
- - Possess a deep knowledge and experience of web technologies
- - Proactively contribute to the adoption and iteration of the design system within the product teams
- - Work across the Product Teams to ensure the appropriate use of the Design System across the product
- - Pioneer novel UI / UX paradigms to help unlock our most challenging features
Required Skills
- - Experience building and maintaining Design Systems at product focused companies
- - Deep expertise in React, Accessibility and Web Specifications
- - Excellent product and design sense
