Account Executive, Mid-Market
Overview
Circle is hiring an Account Executive for Mid-Market focused on the Go to Market sales team. This role is remote, targeting the AMER/EMEA regions. The job involves engaging prospective customers, executing a structured sales process, and constantly learning about the product.
Job Description
Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities, enabling creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments in one place, under their own brand. It is a fully remote company of around 170 team members from 30+ countries.
Responsibilities
- - Engaging prospective customers that have started a trial of Circle to help them become wildly successful with our platform.
- - Executing a structured sales process including discovery, demo’s, pricing/negotiation, and building a mutual evaluation plan.
- - Constantly learning about our product and how our customers are leveraging it.
- - Managing your pipeline with phone calls and emails to help the customer decide whether Circle is the right fit for them.
- - Sharing feedback with Revenue Enablement, Product, and Marketing on process improvements or customer feedback.
- - Leading the team alongside the Sales Manager/Head of Sales, shaping the vision for the team's future.
Required Skills
- - Strong alignment with our values from the career page.
- - Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5.
- - 3-5 years of experience in a closing role, selling $10k-$30k ACV offerings.
- - Ability to connect with people and build relationships easily.
- - Entrepreneurial spirit or experience as a creator/business owner.
- - Technical and resourceful with experience using tools like Zapier and Excel/Google Sheets.
- - Excellent organization and time management skills.
- - Empathy and customer-first approach.
- - Curiosity and resourcefulness in exploring the unknown.
- - Preference for working from home with autonomy and self-motivation.
