Responsibilities
- - Engaging prospective customers that have started a trial of Circle to help them become wildly successful with our platform
- - Executing a structured sales process
- - Constantly learning about our product and how our customers are leveraging it
- - Managing your pipeline with phone calls and emails to help the customer decide whether Circle is the right fit for them
- - Sharing feedback with Revenue Enablement, Product and Marketing on process improvements or customer feedback
- - Leading the team alongside the Sales Manager/Head of Sales
Required Skills
- - Strong alignment with our values
- - You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5
- - You’ve done consultative sales before
- - You have 3-5 years of experience in a closing role, selling $10k-$30k ACV offerings
- - You're a top performer
- - You’re relatable
- - You’re entrepreneurial or a creator yourself
- - You’re technical and scrappy
- - You’re analytical
- - Organization matters to you
- - You're empathetic and always put the customer first
- - You love creators and brands that are building communities
- - You have excellent writing skills
- - You’re very curious and resourceful

- - You thrive with autonomy and are self-motivated
