Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Data Scientists as the technical experts for customers
• - Use Phaidra's platform and tools to put AI into production
• - Create a model of the facility for ingestion by the AI Agent
• - Define AI problems and deploy solutions rapidly
• - Identify product requirements based upon customer specifications
• - Ensure automated tools enable scaling across thousands of customers
• - Travel up to 25%
• - Located within UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, or Norway

Required Skills

• - Knowledge of chiller plant fundamentals, configurations, and sequence of operations
• - Understanding of applied thermodynamics for cooling systems, refrigeration systems, and hydronics
• - Experience designing or strong working knowledge of industrial and commercial control systems
• - Proficiency in BACnet and Modbus protocols
• - Understanding of data center specific controls and cooling methodologies
• - Proficiency in working with data center operations teams
• - Ability to analyze performance and viability of engineered solutions
• - Ability to translate customer needs into coherent needs documentation
• - Educational background in a related discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering)
• - Ability to read and write Python scripts
• - Excellent communication skills
