Required Skills
- - Proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a related field
- - Strong project management skills
- - Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and advocacy platforms
- - Experience managing customer reviews and reputation on platforms like G2, Trustpilot, and Capterra
- - Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- - Experience working remotely is a plus but not required
