Required Skills

  • - Proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a related field
  • - Strong project management skills
  • - Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and advocacy platforms
  • - Experience managing customer reviews and reputation on platforms like G2, Trustpilot, and Capterra
  • - Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • - Experience working remotely is a plus but not required
