Job Description
The Customer Success Engineer role is responsible for ensuring our customers’ ultimate technical success in scaling, building, and deploying world-class applications on top of our powerful platform.
Responsibilities
- - Provide technical support and architectural consulting and advice to customer teams and leadership
- - Solve complex, often mission-critical problems with customer deployments and applications
- - Promote platform knowledge and feature adoption to our customers
- - Work directly in tickets to investigate and debug with customers
- - Join customer calls to advance longer-term initiatives
- - Provide support 24/7, including scheduled weekday and weekend shifts, as well as some holiday availability
Required Skills
- - Solid understanding of modern PHP
- - Experience with modern JavaScript, either front-end application frameworks or Node.js
- - Willingness to rapidly learn new technologies
- - Excellent written English and effective communication skills
- - Experience with software engineering industry standards, coding standards, source control (primarily Git), build processes, testing methodologies, and cloud infrastructures
- - Bonus points for previous experience in an enterprise support environment
