Overview

Boldin is looking for a dynamic, experienced Data Analyst to join their growing team of professionals. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining Boldin’s Consumer and Enterprise reporting while setting a foundation for data fluency across the organization.

Job Description

We have seen exponential growth as we expand our financial planning software footprint for consumers, advisors, workplace, and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
  • - Use a wide variety of tools to create reports including AWS Athena, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hex, and Superset
  • - Help define performance metrics and design automated dashboards
  • - Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that summarize key metrics and trends
  • - Employ best practices in data visualization
  • - Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and executives
  • - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in reporting
  • - Develop best practices for tracking, instrumentation of data and events across the platform

Required Skills

  • - 3+ years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating, and drawing insights from data
  • - Strong SQL skills and ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
  • - Experience with Python for data analysis
  • - Interest in data engineering tasks such as data modeling and writing spark jobs
  • - Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Amplitude (or similar tools) is preferred
  • - Experience in financial services ecosystem is preferred
  • - Excellent communication skills
