Responsibilities
- - Help our Clients find the biggest areas of opportunity for improvement of their model
- - Consult with Clients of Invisible to understand their business goals, and the performance of their AI stack within their market
- - Deliver diagnostics in a way that promotes dialogue with the client
- - Help our Clients and Internal teams Select and Design the Correct Data Plan to Address the Model Improvement they are seeking
- - Manage Complex Projects: Partner with clients to align on expected work volume
- - Serve as a bridge between the client and automations teams to develop and refine processes
- - Help External and internal stakeholders define and measure the ROI of different AI Training strategies
- - Innovate & Iterate on Process Design
- - Own Your Business: Maintain client health in both service and unit economics
Required Skills
- - At least 5 years of experience in a data-centric, client-facing role
- - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- - Deep understanding of data science, research techniques, and statistics
- - General knowledge of AI and Linguistic
- - Strong management and leadership skills
- - Experience in capacity planning and project management
- - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- - Ability to work remotely and manage teams without in-person interaction
- - Ability to think strategically in complex and difficult situations
- - Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
