Responsibilities
- - Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals across paid media, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing
- - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, setting clear goals and expectations for the team
- - Develop and implement team processes, workflows, and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- - Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- - Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- - Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis
- - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- - Measure and optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) to ensure efficient spending and high (incremental) returns
- - Continuously assess overall paid acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling successful tactics
- - Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI
- - Evaluate and negotiate with external vendors and partners to support marketing efforts
Required Skills
- - Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- - 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and performance marketing
- - Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams
- - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- - Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing
- - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- - Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- - Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
