Responsibilities

• - Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
• - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and develop strategies to mitigate operational risks
• - Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments

• - Significant experience in operations and finance leadership roles, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
• - Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organizational goals
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
• - Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• - Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote working environment
• - Deep understanding of financial principles, including forecasting, and internal auditing
