Overview
Attio is hiring an Engineering Manager to build, lead and develop a group of passionate and talented product engineers.
Job Description
Attio is building a radically new type of CRM that is incredibly flexible and as powerful as the most advanced CRM data models, but also as intuitive, delightful, and collaborative as today’s best software.
Responsibilities
- - Build, lead, and develop a group of passionate and talented product engineers building the next generation of CRM tools
- - Lead a group normally comprised of two teams of approximately 3 engineers each
- - Contribute to Attio’s product and growth
Required Skills
- - At least 5 years of experience as an individual contributor at a Senior or above level
- - Experience leading teams working on complex problems, either as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager
- - Experience working on or leading teams utilizing Typescript and NodeJS
- - A natural approach to leadership that inspires colleagues to collaborate in a positive way
- - A developed understanding of how to manage high performance teams in environments with short release cycles and high customer engagement
- - Experience working on or leading teams utilizing Rust, C or WebAssembly
