Job Description
Fingerprint is a globally dispersed, 100% remote company with a strong open-source focus. Our flagship open-source project is FingerprintJS (20K stars on GitHub). We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, and Uncorrelated Ventures.
Responsibilities
- - Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for developing and enhancing our Platform services
- - Provide technical leadership by collaborating with senior engineers
- - Communicate technical concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders
- - Review code (PRs) when necessary
- - Coach and support the growth of software developers
- - Work closely with product managers to deliver robust, customer-centric, API-first solutions
Required Skills
- - Minimum of 2 years of experience leading software engineering teams in an agile environment
- - At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, particularly within SaaS
- - Strong technical background in software engineering and cloud computing technologies
- - Proven ability to lead software projects that prioritize quality, reliability, and user impact
- - Experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure
- - Familiarity with programming languages such as Go and TypeScript
