Responsibilities
- - Leading a distributed team of backend and frontend engineers
- - Working closely with the Product Manager and stakeholders on the product roadmap
- - Solving complex and meaningful challenges
- - Organizing work and life with a lot of freedom
- - Conducting regular 1:1s with team members
Required Skills
- - Proven experience leading a team of engineers
- - Good understanding of team dynamics, coaching, and mentoring
- - Significant experience as a Backend Engineer
- - Experience in dealing with ambiguity
- - German language proficiency
- - Strong ability to work independently
- - Great communication and project management skills
- - Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop
