Sourcegraph is hiring an Enterprise Technical Advisor to manage relationships with enterprise customers and ensure they derive maximum value from Sourcegraph's products.

Job Description

Sourcegraph is building the code intelligence platform that powers the world's best code search and the most popular open-source code AI tool. The company aims to automate 99% of the toil in software engineering with their code understanding and code AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • - Manage relationships with roughly 15 Enterprise customers
  • - Ensure customers' developers love the product and remain happy
  • - Solve technical problems and drive key metrics like adoption, usage/consumption, NPS, NDR, and renewal rate
  • - Build trusting relationships with team and partners on Customer Engineering
  • - Develop account success plans and tailored programs
  • - Drive the ultimate success of customers, including onboarding, feature adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • - Engage customers in product betas, case studies, and webinars
  • - Proactively identify new opportunities for expansion and up-sell
