RevenueCat is hiring an experienced Event Manager to join the team responsible for in-person and virtual events, connecting with diverse users and leaving a lasting impression.
Job Description
RevenueCat makes building, analyzing, and growing mobile subscriptions easy. We launched as part of Y Combinator's summer 2018 batch and today are handling more than $4B of in-app purchases annually across thousands of apps. We are a mission driven, remote-first company that is building the standard for mobile subscription infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- - Take care of event planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution
- - Involve in sponsored conferences, webinars, side-events, and RevenueCat App Growth Annual conference
- - Gain basic understanding of RevenueCat, its customers, and the broader ecosystem
- - Meet and form relationships with people across the org
- - Present your ''first ship'', a RevenueCat onboarding tradition
- - Support ongoing projects while managing basic event logistics
- - Attend your first RevenueCat event
- - Assess current event planning and identify opportunities for improvement
- - Assist with logistics for upcoming in-person events
- - Run your first webinar end-to-end
- - Take ownership of specific in-person events
- - Start contributing to event strategy and innovation
- - Become a key partner across the company
Required Skills
- - 5+ Years of experience in Event Management in a B2B or B2D SaaS environment
- - Strong independent project manager
- - High level of accuracy and attention to detail in event logistics and planning
- - Strong communication skills
- - Proven track record of executing event strategies efficiently
- - Resourcefulness and adaptability problem-solver
- - Experience with turning events into outcomes
- - Ability and willingness to do regular travel
- - Comfortable with an asynchronous environment and using tools like Notion, Zoom, Slack, and Linear
