Finance and Strategy Manager, International

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Own financial modeling for Grüns’ international business, serving as a trusted partner to international leadership
• - Develop and maintain models to forecast the impact of new strategies, opportunities, and risks, and measure performance against expectations
• - Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to set targets relating to International performance
• - Identify business challenges and growth opportunities and leverage data to make strategic and tactical recommendations
• - Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, executive-ready presentations that drive action
• - Independently solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end with minimal guidance

Required Skills

• - Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in a quantitative or computational field
• - 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance
• - High proficiency with Excel required
• - High proficiency with PowerPoint slides and preparing executive decks
• - Fluency in English
• - Knowledge of SQL, Looker, R, and Python preferred
• - Preferred: Knowledge of presenting International numbers in the context of a US company going global
• - Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• - Strong thought partnership skills, with the ability to own senior stakeholder relationships through clarity, judgment, and follow-through
