Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Regularly update website content, fix broken links, and ensure all pages are visually appealing and up-to-date.
• - Monitor website performance and optimize loading speeds and capacity.
• - Debug pages and fix any bugs or issues promptly.
• - Develop new user-facing features and enhance the website''s functionality using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• - Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• - Validate input before submitting to the back end.
• - Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve the website''s usability.
• - Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers.
• - Provide website maintenance and enhancements.
• - Create and maintain software documentation.
• - Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• - Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.

Required Skills

• - 2-3 years of proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role.
• - Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• - Experience with advanced JavaScript and TypeScript libraries.
• - Experience with Gatsby or similar React-based frameworks is highly desirable.
• - Solid experience with serverless architecture is essential, particularly with Edge Middleware and Vercel''s serverless functions, as these are integral to our website''s infrastructure.
• - Strong understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• - Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and Github.
• - Familiarity with tools such as Figma is a plus.
• - Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
