Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Manage and support a team of high-performing product managers
• - Lead a highly strategic area that has a meaningful impact on driving sales and unlocking major new revenue streams
• - Develop deep knowledge of Remote’s end-to-end user flows across our multi product platform
• - Collaborate with other product areas, business leaders, engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, finance, operations and more
• - Monitor product performance and metrics for your product area
• - Advocate for your product area both internally and externally

Required Skills

• - 8+ years of experience in product management
• - Proven track record of managing teams and successfully launching high impact products
• - Deep experience in understanding customer problems and achieving impactful outcomes
• - Strong leadership and people management skills
• - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends
• - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
• - Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions
• - Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote work environment
• - Outstanding written communication and collaboration skills
• - Business-level proficiency writing and speaking English
