Job Description

Responsibilities
- - Strategically assess new opportunities and drive the development and execution of a cohesive product strategy that is aligned with the company's overall vision, goals, and market demands.
- - Manage and mentor 3-5 product managers to achieve goals while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment across all of Product.
- - Collaborate with other product areas, business leaders, engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, finance, operations and more to align on prioritization and drive high-impact outcomes for customers.
- - Monitor product performance and metrics for your product area to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- - Advocate for your product area both internally and externally, ensuring clarity, relevance, and focus in presentations to stakeholders and customers.
Required Skills
- - Track record of experience in product management, with a proven experience of managing teams and successfully launching high impact products.
- - Deep understanding of integrations and partnership strategies, trends and technologies.
- - Strong leadership and people management skills: you've made significant progress on objectives through guiding the contributions of others.
- - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable product plans.
- - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- - Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decisions.
- - Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote work environment.
- - Outstanding written communication and collaboration skills, leading to fast progress and decision making.
- - Business-level proficiency writing and speaking English.
