Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Meet and exceed team quarterly and annual revenue and consumption goals
• - Partner with Account Director to prospect into an existing key account base and identify new opportunities for revenue growth
• - Be responsible for driving consumption, retention and expansion within your portfolio
• - Drive the identification of new leads within existing accounts and schedule follow up meetings
• - Collaborate closely with Observability Architects and Professional Services teams to drive customer success
• - Contribute towards & execute on, a detailed account strategy whereby your customer(s) can understand and benefit from Grafana Labs growing platform
• - Be able to understand and convey the value of Grafana Labs technology
• - Develop deep expertise in Grafana Labs technology to effectively communicate its business value and uncover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Required Skills

• - 2+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
• - Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
• - Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
• - Adaptable and with demonstrable experience in high velocity technology companies
• - Experience using Salesforce
• - Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage
• - You will need to be an excellent communicator in all channels (in person, online, in writing) and able to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually
• - Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
