Head of Talent Acquisition & Development

Overview

AltScore is looking for a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition & Development to lead our talent strategy as we enter a pivotal phase of growth. In this role, you will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support AltScore’s expansion. You will design and implement scalable systems that drive team efficiency and foster a high-performance culture, working closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with business goals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in systems engineering or consulting who has a proven track record of building lean, high-performing teams. You will develop strategies that fuel growth across key areas like sales, product, and customer success, ensuring AltScore remains agile and effective as we scale.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract top-tier talent across all departments
  • - Lead the entire recruitment cycle for all roles
  • - Design and implement scalable talent acquisition and development processes
  • - Create and implement development programs, including mentorship and leadership training
  • - Ensure that OKRs are regularly updated and aligned with business objectives
  • - Develop strategies to retain top talent
  • - Promote AltScore’s culture and values
  • - Work closely with leadership to develop and manage succession plans
  • - Partner with department heads to align hiring needs
  • - Track key metrics related to talent acquisition, retention, and development

Required Skills

  • - 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent development, or human resources
  • - Proven success in developing and scaling talent acquisition and development processes
  • - Ideal candidates will have experience in systems engineering or consulting
  • - Expertise in performance management, OKRs, and building development programs
  • - Demonstrated success in hiring and scaling teams
  • - Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • - Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented
  • - Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business, Systems Engineering, or related field
