Responsibilities

• - Act as a strategic partner to Automatticians
• - Coach and guide the leadership team
• - Manage performance and global compensation
• - Analyze employee engagement data
• - Identify learning opportunities for teams across Automattic
• - Serve as a trusted partner, helping Automatticians navigate every stage of their career journey at Automattic

Required Skills

• - Experience supporting C-suite execs, team leads, and team members through all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• - 5+ years of progressive HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) experience
• - Strong relationship-building, consulting skills, commercial thinking, and business acumen
• - Strong leadership skills, an ability to work autonomously, and the confidence to make independent, well-informed decisions
• - High integrity, excellent reasoning skills, and the ability to manage sensitive issues with appropriate judgment
• - A passion for dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
• - An ability to see opportunities to create a great experience for our Automatticians
• - The desire to learn and experiment with new processes and technologies
• - The ability to embrace and respond constructively to feedback
• - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
