Overview

As a Recruiter at Fingerprint, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions across technical and non-technical domains.

Job Description

Fingerprint empowers developers to stop online fraud at the source. We work on turning radical new ideas in the fraud detection space into reality. Our products are developer-focused and our clients range from solo developers to publicly traded companies. We are a globally dispersed, 100% remote company with a strong open-source focus. Our flagship open-source project is FingerprintJS (20K stars on GitHub). We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, and Uncorrelated Ventures.

Responsibilities

  • - Own the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers) and non-technical (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) roles
  • - Leverage various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and referrals to identify and engage top talent
  • - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals
  • - Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely updates, feedback, and a professional interview process
  • - Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future openings, ensuring diversity and inclusion in talent pools
  • - Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies tailored to the specific needs of technical and non-technical hiring
  • - Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership to improve the recruiting process and strategy

Required Skills

  • - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles
  • - Proven ability to successfully hire for engineering and G&A roles at various levels
  • - Strong proficiency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
  • - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • - Familiarity with technical jargon and the ability to understand and evaluate engineering-related requirements
