Responsibilities

• - Showcase Remote’s product portfolio (EOR, Contractor Management, Payroll, Remote Talent, etc) as a potential solution for existing customers via phone, video conference, and email.
• - Lead client conversations by first educating users on the platform’s features and benefits, understanding the client’s challenges, and then promoting our product portfolio for then closed up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• - Convert cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to achieve individual and team quotas.
• - Share knowledge and insight from customer interactions with internal teams to guide product development and accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
