Responsibilities

• - Shipping often and with care, balancing speed with thoughtful, quality work
• - Leading and mentoring a global team of engineers, driving execution and fostering continuous growth
• - Developing and executing data-driven experiments to boost user acquisition, retention, and MRR
• - Collaborating across the go-to-market org, aligning with sales and marketing to achieve growth targets
• - Rethinking and refining our billing infrastructure to grow MRR and provide pricing transparency to Circle communities
• - Working on a team obsessed with product-led growth, constantly iterating and pushing boundaries
• - Owning end-to-end project management, from concept to execution, for impactful results
• - Designing and implementing A/B tests to validate changes and drive measurable improvements
• - Analyzing user data proactively to identify growth opportunities and refine the product experience
• - Engaging regularly with internal stakeholders to align on growth priorities and initiatives seamlessly

Required Skills

• - Strong alignment with our values
• - Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
• - Experience leading and mentoring engineers, especially in growth-focused environments
• - Skilled in full-stack development, with deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails, React, Sidekiq, Kafka and payment integrations (we heavily use Stripe)
• - Knack for product-led growth and love experimenting with A/B tests, data analysis, and optimization
• - Great at managing projects end-to-end and thrive on turning ideas into action
• - Think strategically but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves for tactical work
• - Communicate clearly, aligning teams and explaining technical things in a way everyone gets
• - Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• - Data-driven, constantly using insights to validate your next move
• - Passionate about creating user-centric solutions that drive growth and make a real impact
