Overview

Attio is building a radically new type of CRM that is incredibly flexible and powerful, yet intuitive, delightful, and collaborative.

Job Description

CRMs are at the center of the software stack for millions of businesses. They're ubiquitous and essential, yet current products are archaic and unloved. Attio is changing that by building a CRM of the future: a living, breathing platform that connects with a customer’s GTM stack and evolves with them as they grow.

Responsibilities

  • - Own and develop Attio's visual identity throughout our growth initiatives and public-facing surfaces
  • - Work closely with the product design team to carry Attio's product identity outside of the product
  • - Work closely with the team’s marketers and engineers, supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle

Required Skills

  • - Experienced in owning the design teams output
  • - Evidence of work produced on the cutting edge of visual and brand design
  • - Experience with UI-heavy products
  • - Productive: A master of your tools and utilizing resource effectively through self-direction
  • - Creative: You value the discovery process and how it leads to great deliverables
  • - Thoughtful: You understand the capabilities (and limitations) of the modern web as well as both digital and physical advertising surfaces
  • - Collaborative: You can work closely with marketers and engineers, supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle
  • - Organized: You understand the creative process can be disorganized, but also when it’s necessary to deliver organized and structured work
