Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Lead the Tier 2 team specialising in EOR and Global Payroll advisory services, ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery of solutions
  • - Shape the team''s direction and strategy, defining service offerings, processes, and best practices to meet evolving client needs
  • - Act as the escalation point for advanced cases, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • - Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • - Develop and document best practices to streamline workflows and enhance service efficiency
  • - Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Product, HR, and Legal teams to enhance the functionality and compliance of payroll client services
  • - Monitor legislative and industry trends, proactively adapting the team''s services to address emerging challenges and opportunities

Required Skills

  • - 5+ years of experience in payroll, payroll client services, or HR advisory roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • - Expertise in global payroll, taxation, and compliance, including Employer of Record (EOR) services
  • - Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring and development
  • - Ability to build strong client relationships and provide strategic solutions for complex payroll and employment scenarios
  • - Proficiency in using payroll software and ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, ADP, Workday)
  • - Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing trends and creating actionable insights
  • - Writes and speaks fluent English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • - It''s not required to have experience working remotely, but it''s considered a plus
