Marketing Analytics Manager

Job Description
Feeld is an independent, experimental and fully remote organisation reshaping the dialogue on dating and sexuality. The company was founded in 2014 and has evolved since to become the open, distributed structure it is now. We have a naturally agile and fluid culture. The whole team is fully remote, which means you work where and when helps you perform at your best. We regard autonomy highly and treat our organisation as a product – we iterate, improve and test things internally to see what works best for everyone.
Responsibilities
- - Develop, own and grow the measurement paradigm for marketing to be around incrementality and ensure everyone across the company lives and breathes it
- - Elevate the experimentation practice across marketing to establish a continuous learning mindset
- - Ensure that all of our marTech and adTech tools are configured properly and we take full advantage of all their capabilities
- - Collaborate with BI to ensure consistent reporting across marketing channels
- - Help marketing leadership to build and grow the marketing strategy
- - Identify growth opportunities for Feeld across markets and channels
- - Drive the optimization of acquisition channels by developing robust reporting infrastructure and conducting in-depth analyses for paid and organic channels
- - Responsible for the ROI of data across the marketing team and ensuring the domain works on the highest impact initiatives
- - Responsible for growing and developing the team professionally and being a bar-raiser in terms of the quality of work and outcomes
Required Skills
- - Experience in marketing analytics and measurement in a digital or app-based environment
- - Strong analytics skills with experience in data analysis and statistical tools (SQL, Python, R)
- - A deep understanding of the marTech and adTech landscape and knows about the latest trends of the industry
- - Strong background experimentation background and comfortable running various marketing experiments across different marketing areas and channels
- - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- - Strong communication skill, both written and verbal
- - Structured and a track record of managing projects or initiatives
- - Desirable: Has experience working as a marketeer themselves in either performance marketing or CRM
- - Experience in managing a team while remaining hands-on in a player-coach role
- - Experience with the modern data stack (e.g. Snowflake, DBT etc.)
- - Experience with marketplace business models
