Job Description
Invisible partners with leading model providers like OpenAI and Cohere to help train the most advanced language models. These partnerships with AI firms provide early access to best-practice AI research and LLMs, enabling efficient automation and optimization of complex processes. We also partner with Fortune 500 companies to automate tasks such as menu management for DoorDash and claims processing for American Family Insurance, significantly improving quality while reducing cost and time to completion.
Responsibilities
- - Develop high-quality design solutions for marketing materials, pitch decks, and web pages that align with brand objectives and requirements
- - Work with marketers, content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective and cohesive design solutions
- - Support in defining project scope, managing timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure timely design delivery
- - Apply informed design choices regarding typography, color, and imagery in line with web design standards and brand guidelines
- - Support the design needs of clients by translating their marketing requirements into effective visual solutions
- - Assist in conducting workshops and discovery sessions to gather design requirements and insights
- - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create visually impactful presentations and proposals for client pitches
- - Communicate the value of design solutions to potential clients and assist in answering technical questions during the sales process
- - Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of Invisible’s brand identity by adhering to brand guidelines across all design projects
- - Work closely with senior designers and the VP of Brand & Communications to implement and maintain the brand’s visual identity
- - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and design insights
- - Work with the product design team to ensure alignment between marketing and product visuals
- - Contribute to a team culture of learning and creative problem-solving by actively participating in team discussions and feedback sessions
Required Skills
- - 5 years in graphic and UI/UX design, with experience in marketing or communications design, ideally in collaborative, cross-functional projects
- - Experience in assisting with project scope definition, timeline management, and resource coordination for timely project delivery
- - Proficiency in Figma
- - Good understanding of HTML & CSS for implementing interactive elements
- - Experience in working within and adhering to established design systems
- - Ability to create compelling collateral, pitch decks, and web pages that enhance user engagement and brand presence
- - Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira or ClickUp and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
- - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts
- - A proactive and creative approach to design with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- - A collaborative spirit, comfortable working closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to achieve brand-aligned design solutions
