Job Description

Invisible partners with leading model providers like OpenAI and Cohere to help train the most advanced language models. These partnerships with AI firms provide early access to best-practice AI research and LLMs, enabling efficient automation and optimization of complex processes. We also partner with Fortune 500 companies to automate tasks such as menu management for DoorDash and claims processing for American Family Insurance, significantly improving quality while reducing cost and time to completion.

Responsibilities

  • - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries and support.
  • - Provide partners with tools, resources, and training to effectively position and sell the company''s products or services.
  • - Collaborate with partners to set sales goals, develop joint sales plans, and execute strategic campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • - Offer technical support and conduct product demonstrations for partners and their clients.
  • - Monitor and analyze partner sales performance, tracking KPIs and generating insights to drive improvement.
  • - Conduct regular partner business reviews to assess performance, identify challenges, and develop solutions for continued success.
  • - Research market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner capabilities to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • - Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to align on partner activities and execute co-branded campaigns.

Required Skills

  • - Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or partner sales, preferably within high tech, complex technical sales.
  • - Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • - Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage partners and their clients effectively.
  • - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics.
  • - Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
