At TestGorilla, we envision a world where everyone has their dream job. We started in 2020 by building a screening platform that enables employers to evaluate candidates in the skills that matter most for success in a role. Our product replaces subjective, incomplete, and often inflated CVs with objective, reliable, and fair test results measuring aptitude, practical job skills, motivation, and culture add.
Responsibilities
- - Owning and scaling our performance marketing strategy: Manage and optimize our multi-million-dollar paid media budget across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI.
- - Optimizing search engine advertising: Improve the performance of our Google and Bing Ads campaigns by refining targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- - Expanding into new paid channels: Identify, test, and scale additional paid channels, including social media (LinkedIn, Meta, X), programmatic advertising, and niche industry platforms.
- - Analyzing and optimizing performance: Continuously track, measure, and improve marketing performance by leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
- - Leading and mentoring a high-performing team: Build and grow a team of paid media and digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and performance.
- - Collaborating across teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging.
- - Staying ahead of trends: Keep up with the latest in digital advertising, automation tools, and best practices to ensure TestGorilla stays ahead of the competition.
Required Skills
- - Proven track record in performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- - Comfortable managing very large budgets and driving measurable results.
- - Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- - Outstanding communicator, with a keen eye for detail.
- - Skilled in leveraging analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and inform decision-making.
- - Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- - Thrive in a remote, asynchronous work culture with a can-do attitude.
