You'll collaborate closely with teams across engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure that our product development supports our ambitious growth plans and delivers real value to customers.

Responsibilities
- - Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Lead or participate in Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives, to ensure the timely and effective delivery of features.
- - Product Roadmap Ownership: Contribute to or take full ownership of the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features that align with business goals and client feedback.
- - Feature Development & Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features, write user stories, and ensure they align with strategic product goals and market needs.
- - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of product strategies, with a focus on features that drive ARR growth.
- - Strategic Planning: For more senior roles, lead market analysis, strategic product planning, and mentor junior product team members, helping to shape the long-term direction of the product portfolio.
- - Leadership & Innovation: In senior positions, oversee multiple product teams, drive product innovation, and take responsibility for the strategic direction and market positioning of the product.
Required Skills
- - B2B SaaS Best Practices: Proven track record in implementing and managing product management best practices specifically within B2B SaaS environments. This includes experience optimizing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery and ensuring that product practices align with scalable SaaS business models.
- - Agile/Scrum Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including leading or participating in Scrum processes. Ability to implement best practices in sprint management, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement cycles.
- - Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments—especially engineering, sales, and customer success—to align product features with business goals and ensure a seamless client experience.
- - Product Strategy & Execution: Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps that are aligned with business objectives, especially in B2B SaaS. Proven ability to turn market research and customer feedback into strategic features that drive revenue growth.
- - Metrics & Performance: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including product adoption, churn, and lifetime value (LTV), with the ability to define and track KPIs for product success.
- - Senior Leadership (for higher roles): For more senior positions, experience managing multiple product teams, driving strategic product decisions, and leading market positioning and innovation efforts.
- - Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a plus, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- - Fintech Experience (preferred): Experience in the fintech or credit infrastructure space is highly desirable, particularly in senior-level roles.

- - Base Salary: Ranges from $3,000 - $10,000 USD per month depending on seniority.
