Product Manager, Consumer Core & Platform

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Identify, assess, and implement new features to continuously elevate the Core product experience
• - Utilize client feedback and industry insights to drive iterative improvements to the Core product
• - Leverage data to uncover trends, analyze bottlenecks, and prioritize opportunities for enhancing client experience and platform capabilities
• - Collaborate closely with Engineering in identifying and prioritizing initiatives to improve performance, scalability and efficiency, and to continuously modernize our shared platform
• - Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand, seamlessly with other teams across the organization such as funding, onboarding and portfolio to continuously deliver thoughtfully integrated experiences
• - Contribute to and execute Core & Platform strategy: Play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for Kraken’s Core product and Platform capabilities

Required Skills

• - 3–5 years in Product Management, with 2+ years of expertise working on Core features or platform capabilities ideally within crypto/ financial services
• - Proven track record of analyzing issues and opportunities, identifying solutions and creating impactful features and capabilities
• - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders in delivering against a roadmap
• - Proactive mindset, always looking for innovative, yet simple solutions to complex problems
• - Experience in data gathering, quantitative analysis, and the ability to translate these into actionable insights
• - Strong interpersonal skills with experience in interacting and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
• - Strong organizational abilities with the skill to juggle multiple priorities effectively
• - Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices
• - Enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with a deep belief in our mission
