Responsibilities

• - Identify value propositions for our staking product suite
• - Conduct market research to position products effectively
• - Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans
• - Manage product KPIs and campaign budgets
• - Execute campaigns across marketing channels
• - Monitor market and customer responses
• - Develop and implement post-launch growth campaigns
• - Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of experience in the crypto space
• - Proven experience in creating and executing GTM strategies
• - Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Research teams
• - Strong research and analytical skills
• - Hands-on experience with managing marketing campaigns
• - Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
