Overview

Pressable, part of the Automattic family, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic positioning and messaging for their WordPress managed hosting platform.

Job Description

Pressable is a WordPress managed hosting and services innovation company, empowering organizations to scale their business on the WordPress platform. Founded in 2010, Pressable follows Automattic’s distributed team model with employees all over the world.

Responsibilities

  • - Build and execute positioning and messaging that sets Pressable apart in managed WordPress hosting
  • - Leverage in-depth market research to understand audience needs, identify opportunities, and drive meaningful, targeted messaging
  • - Refine and expand buyer personas, ensuring an in-depth understanding of audiences
  • - Design and manage end-to-end product campaigns
  • - Develop strategic sales enablement tools
  • - Partner closely with growth marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams
  • - Oversee the creation of campaign-specific content
  • - Move fast, make data-driven decisions, and bring creative ideas to the table

Required Skills

  • - 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar role
  • - Experience marketing to the WordPress hosting or development industry is a plus
  • - Demonstrated success in building strategic positioning and messaging
  • - Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and persona development
  • - Self-starter with a hands-on approach
  • - Excellent cross-functional skills
  • - Analytical and results-driven
