Responsibilities

• - Spend a lot of time with our customers to deeply understand their automation and knowledge needs and help them build solutions using elvex and their own internal systems
• - Use your knowledge of real customer use cases to inform and, if your skills allow, directly build key new features
• - Building processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth

Required Skills

• - 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Product Manager, Software Engineer, or Solutions Engineer
• - A strong technical background with some experience in coding or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• - Experience using large language models (LLMs) to solve real world problems
• - An insatiable curiosity about generative AI
• - The ability to think strategically about how to scale up training and enablement for elvex's GTM team and customer base
• - An ability to gather and analyze customer feedback
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• - A proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
• - A learning and growth mindset
