Responsibilities
- - Hire and manage a high performing team of account executives focused on selling Contractor Management
- - Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market penetration and boost our Contractor Management product's market share
- - Hit quarterly revenue and new logo targets
- - Identify segments where our Contractor Management solution can provide business value and sell them through inspiring solution selling with our clients
- - Collaborate with our Product team to help shape the best product in the market
- - Build the necessary framework to get the team to self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking
- - Work with other parts of Remote to ensure happy and successful clients
Required Skills
- - Experience building new business from scratch or launching new solutions to complex problems
- - Entrepreneurial and a self-starter mentality
- - Experience in driving complex sales cycles
- - Previous successful experience in an Account Executive role or ideally sales management
- - Understanding of the Contractor Management market
- - English plus a second European language is a plus
- - Has the ability to build trust with clients and serve as their advisor or consultant
- - Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- - Strong business acumen
