Job Description
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced and strategically-minded lawyer to lead an employment and labor law practice within a dynamic, hyper-growth company. Collaborating with the Head of Legal, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating and steering a world-class legal framework that supports Invisible's expanding international presence.
Responsibilities
- - Responsible for leading Invisible’s global employment and Labor strategy
- - Identify potential risks and strategic opportunities in global markets
- - Maintain a robust and global labor compliance framework
- - Keep abreast with the changing regulatory state in AI and Marketplace compliance
- - Develop and deliver comprehensive employment and compliance training programs tailored to the needs of relevant verticals within the business
Required Skills
- - Deep expertise in International Employment and Labor Law
- - Proven compliance experience developing and executing effective labor compliance strategies
- - Innovative mindset, roll-up your sleeves mentality
- - Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to engage in high-level strategic planning and execution
- - Outstanding communication and instructional skills
- - Familiarity with the tech-enabled services sector
- - Minimum 5+ years experience in employment and/or labor law and experience working on international talent mobility
