Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• - Present complex analytical findings and insights in a clear and actionable manner to senior and non-technical management.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive data-driven decision-making.
• - Conduct comprehensive data analysis using various methods and frameworks to extract meaningful insights.
• - Develop, implement, and maintain robust analytical models to support business objectives.
• - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• - Utilize DBT to manage and transform data within the data warehouse.
• - Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• - Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, analytics tools, and technologies.
• - Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• - Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required Skills

• - You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5.
• - 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a focus on engaging with senior stakeholders.
• - Familiarity with using dbt for data transformation and management.
• - Strong proficiency with SQL and other data manipulation languages.
• - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting. You don’t need to be a data science expert — just comfortable writing python code and comprehending code written by others.
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
• - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
