Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• - Present complex analytical findings and insights in a clear and actionable manner to senior and non-technical management
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive data-driven decision-making
• - Conduct comprehensive data analysis using various methods and frameworks to extract meaningful insights
• - Develop, implement, and maintain robust analytical models to support business objectives
• - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• - Utilize DBT to manage and transform data within the data warehouse
• - Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• - Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes
• - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, analytics tools, and technologies
• - Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
• - Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Required Skills

• - Strong alignment with Circle''s values
• - Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5
• - 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a focus on engaging with senior stakeholders
• - Familiarity with using dbt for data transformation and management
• - Strong proficiency with SQL and other data manipulation languages
• - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences
• - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
• - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
