Responsibilities

• - Own the creation and implementation of new demand-generation strategies
• - Optimize the current portfolio of marketing efforts
• - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns
• - Collaborate with the growth team
• - Utilize data-driven approaches to identify growth opportunities
• - Track, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns
• - Work closely with marketing, growth, sales, and operations teams
• - Develop compelling ads and creative assets
• - Enhance lead-scoring models
• - Allocate and report on the demand generation budget
• - Evaluate the effectiveness of spending continuously

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing
• - Proven track record of successful demand-generation campaigns
• - Strong understanding of paid media, product-led growth, and multi-channel marketing strategies
• - Strategic mindset with long-term planning ability
• - Skilled in using data to inform decision-making
• - Excellent project management skills
• - Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• - Excellent communication skills
• - Passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends
