Kit is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to own financial forecasting and bring strategic insight to the business.

Responsibilities
- - Own financial forecasting and bring strategic insight to the business
- - Support Head of Finance in partnering with the exec team on forward-looking analysis
- - Connect business levers like activation, retention, LTV, and pricing to revenue impact
- - Work closely with Data team to uplevel how metrics guide the business
- - Lead forecasting, reporting, and decision support
Required Skills
- - Built your own forecasting models and know how to pressure test them
- - Think in systems, not just spreadsheets
- - Communicate clearly and turn complex data into compelling stories
- - Thrive in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments
- - Worked with modern finance stacks (e.g. Stripe, BI tools, Runway, Netsuite)
- - 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or an adjacent analytical role
- - Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics and how growth levers affect the P&L
- - Comfortable collaborating across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data
- - Presented to execs and built tools that influenced business decisions
