Responsibilities

• - Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
• - Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of stakeholders
• - Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team''s scope
• - Help design, build, operate, and maintain our critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
• - Continuously make the existing code better by tackling tech debt, improving the CI/CD pipelines, and increasing test coverage
• - If required and applicable, be a part of your team''s on-call rotations and take ownership of the components and libraries you''re maintaining
• - Collaborate with the team and stakeholders over async (Slack, Google Docs) or over meetings

Required Skills

• - Comfortable working in a remote-first company; communication is key
• - Comfortable in a collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful environment
• - Value autonomy and enabling decisions over committees and red tape
• - Work well within a team in an agile setup and driven to help others
• - Experience with Javascript, HTML, NodeJS, React, or similar technologies
• - Interests in full-stack development and working in DevOps environments

• - Prior experience or interest in Kubernetes and using Cloud providers
