SessionLab is the leading platform for workshop facilitation and process design. We are looking for a senior Rails + React full-stack developer to help us scale our platform and deliver more value to our customers.

SessionLab is a bootstrapped and profitable software business, headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, and working across Europe with a fully remote 13-person team. We empower people to create change through technology that enables better facilitation.
Responsibilities
- - Build new and exciting features
- - Improve platform security
- - Maintain stability of our infrastructure
- - Work on and influence our whole stack with initial more focus on the frontend
- - Debug production related issues
- - Improve app performance
- - Work with our designer to provide technical input on new designs
- - Work with the Tech Lead and other developers to improve the developer experience
- - Scale the infrastructure
Required Skills
- - Deep React knowledge and experience
- - Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails
- - Excel at CSS and enjoy developing Design Systems
- - Comfortable building full stack features from scratch
- - Good at problem solving critical production issues in a timely manner
- - Thrive working independently and enjoy collaborating with people from different disciplines
- - Experience working remotely
- - Based within UTC-8 and UTC+3 with work hours overlap with 8am to 3pm UTC
