Responsibilities
- - Help build Connect, our consumer-facing hosted checkout and subscription management service
- - Bring new ideas to shape app development and products
- - Work with a modern tech stack using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- - Take ownership of features from planning to shipping and optimizing
- - Collaborate with UI/UX team to develop user experiences
- - Design maintainable and scalable software architectures
- - Provide feedback, ideas, and code reviews
- - Collaborate across the engineering organization
Required Skills
- - Advanced experience building web apps using React
- - Proficient in TypeScript and Next.js
- - Experience with git
- - Ability to build best-in-class experiences
- - Experience in designing app architectures and writing high-quality code
- - Involvement in the design process and understanding customer needs
- - Fluent with RESTful APIs, Docker, GCP, GitHub Actions, Cypress, or Testing Library
- - Some experience with Ruby on Rails
