Senior GTM Operations Manager
Overview
RevenueCat is looking to expand its GTM operations and hire a Senior GTM Operations Manager to take charge of systems and processes from the ground up.
Job Description
RevenueCat makes building, analyzing, and growing mobile subscriptions easy. We launched as part of Y Combinator's summer 2018 batch and today are handling more than $4B of in-app purchases annually across thousands of apps. We are a mission driven, remote-first company that is building the standard for mobile subscription infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- - Design and implement a lead routing process
- - Address gaps in current data flow
- - Develop and manage a partner program process
- - Support cross-functional GTM initiatives
- - Own and improve top-of-funnel reporting
Required Skills
- - 5+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations
- - Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Looker, Customer.io, Intercom, 6sense, Zapier, Crossbeam, Partnerstack, and Livestorm
- - Strong admin skills and deep system knowledge
- - Experience managing complex data hierarchies
- - Experience building and improving automation workflows
- - A knack for analyzing data and building reports
- - Experience evaluating and implementing core GTM systems
- - Vendor negotiation skills
- - Experience enabling the wider team on new tooling and/or processes
