Job Description
As the Senior GTM Strategy Implementation Manager, you will take full ownership of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive Remote’s strategic goals. In this role, you will autonomously lead critical projects, collaborating closely with senior leadership across various functions—both as key contributors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- - Autonomously lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional projects critical to unlock revenue for Remote, including some of the company’s biggest strategic priorities for the year
- - Partner with team members and key stakeholders across the Go-to-Market organisation to identify key projects that require support
- - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that ensure adherence to business objectives, in collaboration with senior management
- - Full ownership over project deliverables and their impact on business metrics
- - Effectively communicate project expectations and engage key stakeholders in a timely and clear manner
- - Plan for and mitigate risks that threaten timely project delivery and its business impact
- - Establish strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across departments
- - Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools
- - Implement project management best practices and lead process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence
- - Measure and report on project success metrics across the entire GTM Strategy team to senior management and stakeholders
- - Conduct project post-mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Required Skills
- - Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, from scoping to monitoring & control
- - Extensive experience in project management or strategy in a start-up/scale up or top strategy consulting firm
- - Ability to synthesise complex ideas and communicate them effectively, adjusting it to different audiences based on seniority and functional expertise – both verbally and in writing – in English
- - Expertise in all phases of a project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
- - Good knowledge of change management processes, to effectively drive change and adoption of new behaviours across the organisation
- - Drive and ambition for delivering state of the art work, aligned with good time management skills
- - Exceptional resourcefulness for solving problems and making strategic decisions in uncertain situations
- - Strong organisational skills, autonomously balancing multiple priorities and optimising critical paths
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- - You have a passion for technology and an understanding of software and business technology markets, trends, and dynamics
- - Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting. STEM, business or related
